QUALITY POLICY

The policy of Blythewood Plant Hire Ltd is that Quality, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, is paramount in all activities.

To this end the Company has a documented Quality Management System which is described in the Quality Manual.

The system is designed to meet BS EN 9001:2000

By implementing and maintaining this system, the Company intends to retain the status of an approved Registered Firm.

The Commercial Director is the Company Quality Representative who has direct authority to deal with overall matters relating to Quality. Each Depot Manager has direct responsibility for Quality matters within his Depot.
